罗根祥，男，1965年10月出生，教授，校级教学名师，硕士研究生导师。

1989.06 –1991.12，抚顺石油学院，石化系，助教；
1991.12 –1996.08，抚顺石油学院，石化系，讲师；
1996.08 –2001.08，抚顺石油学院，石化系，副教授；
2001.08 –2002.02，抚顺石油学院，石化系，教授；
2002.02–2007.07，辽宁石油化工大学，石油化工学院，教授；
2007.07–2012.04，辽宁石油化工大学化学与材料科学学院，教授，院长。
2012.04–2013.04，辽宁石油化工大学化学化工与环境学部，教授，化学与材料科学学院院长；
2013.04–2016.09，辽宁石油化工大学化学化工与环境学部，教授，学部教授委员会主任；

主要从事胶体与表面活性剂化学、无机材料合成以及硫化工等方面研究工作。

2011年被评为辽宁石油化工大学第三届校级“教学名师”。
七、科研项目
主持过国家自然基金项目一项，省部级课题三项。目前的研究领域主要集中在纳米材料的绿色合成、含硫精细化工产品、含硫废气的回收及资源化利用等方面。
目前承担的课题：
（1） 中国石油化工股份有限公司委托课题：高品位不溶性硫磺聚合技术优化研究（201701-201812）；
（2） 北京中科诚毅科技发展有限公司委托课题：一种油溶性浆态床加氢催化剂制备原理及生产技术（201706-202212）。
